We accept returns only if the product is received in a damaged condition.
You must notify us within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery to be eligible for a return.
Please email us at shinebox901@gmail.com with your order ID and either an unboxing video or clear photos showing the damage.
After verifying the issue, we will offer either:
A full refund, or
A free replacement product
Refunds are processed within 5โ7 business days to your original payment method (for prepaid orders) or via UPI/bank transfer (for COD orders).
Returns will not be accepted if:
The damage is reported after 2 days of delivery
There is no proper proof (unboxing video or clear images)
The damage is due to misuse or mishandling
The return request is for personal preference or change of mind
